This company is HORRIBLE!
They changed me over $500 and they lost my original diploma.
Over a year I’m trying to find out what is going on and they keep saying due to Covid they have delays which is unbelievable.
Just avoid this company, they are layer!

Worst customer service! I never met more lazy customer service reps. The girl on the phone literally cut me off and said it's not her job to help me and she does not have time. Issuing a refund is the issue. Apparently, they don't have any policies about refunds and it's been two weeks trying to get any idea when it will be processed. They would not say. Stay away, legal business working scam model.

I used WES to evaluate my master's degree. The evaluation started in early December 2020 and ended a few days ago in Mai 2021... It took them four months to evaluate my diploma and conclude that three years of undergraduate study, one year of graduate study back home, and one year at UCLA with upper divisions and graduate courses corresponded to four years of undergraduate study (not even a bachelor's degree). None of the classes I followed at UCLA were even mentionned on the evaluation. My graduate classes were all counted as upper divisions for 1.5 credits or so even though I got higher grades at UCLA than at my school (3.8 GPA).
Needless to say that my experience was unpleasant to say the least.

This is terrible. WES evaluated my diploma by "special system". I graduated from College in Ukraine, where I got a lot more course material and double course hours, but WES evaluated all of them with minimum credits. I can not understand how 108 hrs of the course could receive only 2.5 credits, where, in the USA, the course that has 45 hrs it is 3 credits. Of course, now the college where I am currently studying does not want to accept those subjects as they do not have the full 3 credits. Unbelievable.

My transcripts took more than one year without being evaluated. Everytime I call to follow up, they always tell me that they sent 6 emails to my university, they don't heard back from them. My university admin said that they never got any correspondence from them. I told them that maybe they have a wrong email address. I asked them to provide me with what they have. The lady on the line told they can't disclose it. Lol this is a big scam. I can't refer someone to wes canada. No serious and careless

From my own experience I had a terrible service with WES. They took my money and they sent me an note saying that finally they can not do the job with my degree !!!
A friend of mine who has the same degree than me did it with an other service and he got the job done ! So I do not understand what it going on ?! And WES does not even bother to give you an explanation or try to help you fix it !
I DO NOT recommend ! Run Away... Far away

VERY POOR SERVICE. much degraded now (MARCH 2021) no EMAIL to Cntact, no phone response, NOREPLY emails they send are half-baked with insufficient info. been waiting for 13 weeks now!!!

Bad experience I ever had. Couldn’t think any service like that in my educational life. Totally horrible, trying to reach them a while regarding my transcripts verification process but all time they are making up some issues and coming up with same kind of unacceptable excuse.Totally frustrated about the service. It is so surprising that how an organization is still running with such a poor service. Really frustrated..as my session is coming up and I’m struggling with this org by bugging all the institution I applied.

Very very bad service, stay away from that.
I am waiting now, since more than 3 months to get my Evaluation report. For a 3year study which I have done 2014. My highest study is already submitted to you. And after telling you that about more than 10 times, you are asking still now for additional papers. How's that possible? And Your service is that bad and not able to remove a credential from my account. Why are you people presenting your company as the fastest as they are. "We provide your Evaluation Report im 35days." What a lie. Mike the supervisor is telling since more than a month that my account will be updated soon. Still that there is no improvement in my file. I am very very disapointed from your service. And I payed already the 220 dollars plus 85 dollars for the fee. And now I waste my time to wait on the phone que to speak your staff every week. And I spend my savings to call you from abroad. Just for an Report. How long you need? My patience is over now!!!!

Worst place to get evaluated. They took all my documents and not returning it. I no longer need their evaluation as I’m not planning to go for higher education. Neither they pick up calls on help desk nor they have any email address to contact. Very frustrating when they have you life long work with them and you can’t get back.
